"As usual the staff especially the concierge was great. Had many courier packages and the concierge here are the best. The cleaners and frontdesk was all good. Last time i stay at end room and i made request that i do not want it and of course they meet my requirement. The only disappointment is the gym there used to 5 treadmills but then 4 and now there is another 2 broken which doesn’t seem to getting fix at all and the elliptical has been broken for over 2 months and see that there are many guests in the morning using it, so for sure not enough equipment, this is one of a drawback. Please no towels for guests to used. Am are exercise person so this is really a disappointment and not to high standards of a hotel at all."

"The hotel is relatively new. On Saturdays, check-in can get quite busy, so it's a good idea to bring your original ID card, as the self-check-in kiosks can help speed things up. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was fantastic! For breakfast, I suggest heading down around 8 AM to avoid the peak crowds; the spread is extensive and delicious. The pool on the 28th floor offers incredible views. I'd recommend booking a 'Planet Room' or a higher category, as these come with free pool access. For more budget-friendly room types, there's a charge (88 for adults, 48 for children), but it does allow for multiple entries."

"Our stay here was great and fit for purpose. The location is amazing for crossing the border into Macau. Hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. We were greeted at the reception by Miss Yang who met our every need and requirement, she really went above and beyond to make our stay special."

I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! Thank you!"

"I highly recommend this hotel! The location is absolutely amazing, only a 5-minute drive to Gongbei Port and the high-speed rail station, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms are fantastic, with great natural light and spotlessly clean. The entire room can be voice-controlled for lights and air conditioning, offering a superb smart home experience. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the service is incredibly thoughtful; the staff proactively asked about our needs and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!"

"I found this hotel online, and it looked quite whimsical and kid-friendly. I didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped out of the elevator – the hallway was full of playful charm and very clean. When I opened the door, I was even more drawn in by the spacious and adorable room. I absolutely loved it! Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even thoughtfully gave us mooncakes, which was a really nice touch. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Zhuhai."

The rooms are cozily designed, all featuring penguin-themed elements, which the children absolutely loved. They are clean, tidy, spacious, bright, and offer expansive views. The hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient access. Guests have exclusive access to a direct passage to Ocean Kingdom, making it a mere 3-minute walk to the park's entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including dedicated children's play areas like a delightful kids' play castle, mini-trains, and fish feeding, while a well-equipped fitness center caters to adult needs. Ocean Kingdom is just a few minutes' walk away, and for Spaceship Land, a free shuttle bus provides direct service. This excellent transport connectivity is extremely convenient and saves a lot of time. Dining options are abundant and varied, including a buffet, a Cantonese restaurant, and a uniquely themed Chinese restaurant offering fireworks views! Check-out is also very convenient, with an express check-out option where you simply drop your room card into a designated slot. From check-in to check-out, the entire process is incredibly smooth and efficient."

"The location is great and it's very clean. They even provide slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes for kids, which is a thoughtful touch. The only downside is the lack of a laundry room, and the paid laundry service is extremely expensive, making it unsuitable for longer stays. Also, the complimentary amusement park and ice park tickets are combined, meaning one ticket for both. I had planned for the younger child to go to the amusement park and the older one to the ice park, but they couldn't be used simultaneously, so I ended up buying an extra ticket. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the room is quite loud, and I was worried about poor air quality if I turned it off."

"My room is a duplex. Kid likes the room. There is a minimart and noodle store near the carpark entrance which takes about 5 mins to walk. Hotel is located quite far away from everything if you like serenity and there to enjoy the room it will be a good place."
